Other data is collected automatically when you visit the website.

We need some of the data to ensure that the website functions properly. Other data helps us to rectify technical errors.

2. hosting

Who stores your data?

Our website is hosted by systemli.org. This means that the data that you enter on our site or that is collected automatically is stored on the servers of systemli.org. This includes, for example

• Data from forms
• Visit times and other usage data

3. registration forms

You will find registration forms on this homepage. Depending on your request, you will be asked to provide information about yourself and especially your participation (overnight stays, allergies, etc.) via these forms to facilitate planning. The data you provide will only be stored on our server or passed on to the end users (the organizers of the respective meeting). After the registration phase is completed, we will promptly delete the data from our server. Furthermore, no backups of this data are made at any time.

If you do not want your real name to appear in connection with the registration or at the respective event, you can of course always register with an alias and a corresponding email address.
