    • For those who find the walk between the two areas too far, we have set up a small camp within the programme area. It can be noisier here in the evenings than on the camping lawn.

  • Site description: A Shire-like atmosphere with rolling meadows and a large pond right in the middle of our site.

    • There is a boat hire service there (not part of the camp)

    • many trees; overall, there are few areas shaded by trees

    •  The paths are flat and paved or made of well-compacted gravel

    • The River Alb flows along the western side of the site. There is a footbridge at both the northern and southern ends of the site.

  • Noise: A highway runs alongside the park, and the sound of traffic can be heard constantly at a low volume.
  • ⚠️ Helicopters land at the nearby hospital’s helipad several times a day.

This has already been the case this year.
