What is the Heap assembly (“Haufenversammlungen“)
- Every morning at 09:15, a onboarding takes place for new arriving people
- this is followed by the heap assembly from 09:30 until 11:30 at the latest. Everyone takes part in their heaps assembly. The heap assembly is the central information and organisational structure of SCC 2026.
- Part of this heap assembly involves allocating reproduction tasks and, should any issues arise, discussing current camp matters.
- The group meeting will be moderated by people who are taking on long-term responsibilities (ideally, they should be at the camp for at least two days).
What are comprehensive meetings (“haufenübergreifende Versammlungen”)?
- There is an opportunity for cross-group meetings every day from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm.
- These only take place if they are convened by a heap or a network of those affected by discrimination, because matters affecting the whole camp need to be discussed.
- Anyone who wishes to can take part in the meetings. However, each heap should send at least one representative.
- A team for moderating is available on request.
