How our program is created
The program is created in three different ways: via external groups, via the Call for Content and via the Open Spaces at the camp.
In March, external groups had the opportunity to submit a proposal for the design of a tent in order to set a content focus or perspective and to design the tent autonomously as they wish. A total of 16 groups responded to the call, which will fill a total of 9 tents.
The Call for Content allows groups and people to submit individual contributions. These can include everything from workshops and networking to cultural programs and films and can discuss the topics that concern us politically. There are two rounds of the Call for Content this year, with submission deadlines of 08.06.2025 and 20.07.2025. When selecting the program contributions, diversity is important to us, both in terms of content and in terms of the formats and perspectives of the speakers.
If you are more spontaneous or just want to offer something smaller, you can also use the Open Space at the camp. This has its own program board with open space times at the camp. Unfortunately, it is not technically possible for these contributions to appear in the app or on the website.
We will always have several program points in parallel – so there will always be something for you or you will be spoilt for choice 😉
At the same time, we are planning lots of break times and would like to encourage all participants, helpers and speakers to respect their need for rest and not be overwhelmed by the many options.
