Safer Space Concept

We have decided to use a hybrid concept this year – that is, to accommodate only those groups that particularly benefit from a fixed room allocation in terms of accessibility in a static tent, and otherwise to allocate the safer spaces temporarily to the groups and uses that are urgently needed, instead of making specific declarations. With this concept, we are trying to give as many groups as possible the opportunity to take a safer space – without any group being forgotten, which is always the case with a fixed concept.

Space allocation should be based on time slots that are preselected and thus reserved, as well as spontaneously as needed. When you reserve a room, please always note on the plans provided which group you are with or what your needs are so that other people can see if they can and want to join you.

Please try to estimate the time slots realistically and not choose them too long so that there is enough space for everyone.
