Resistance introduces itself
In three workshops, we want to present the work of Widersetzen and discuss the topic of anti-fascism/work against the right wing. The workshops planned so far are:
1. Who are we?
This is an informational event about where Widersetzen currently stands and how people can get involved.
2. What is the right-wing youth doing?
In this workshop, we want to focus on how the current shift to the right, and in particular right-wing violence, is increasingly emanating from young right-wing extremist groups. We want to provide information and discuss possible strategies to counter this. The workshop will also focus on the Widersetzen campaign, which refers to the youth organization of the AfD.
3. Anti-racist anti-fascism
In cooperation with groups working on the right to stay and anti-racist anti-fascism (e.g., Well’come United), we want to work together to develop an anti-fascist practice that is explicitly anti-racist.
