Conflicts, debates, and how we can argue at the SCC
The System Change Camp is also a place for debate and arguing, and we would like to practice this together with you. To this end, we offer support to help us hurt each other less, grow from our disagreements and treat each other with as much kindness as possible. Mediators and conflict moderators will be available by phone for this purpose. We work in a discrimination-sensitive and impartial manner. We moderate neutrally and with sensitivity to power dynamics.

There will be a networking space for conflict mediators on Sunday, August 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Here’s to a loving, combative togetherness… we look forward to seeing you! 🖤
