Check-In groups (The details are still being worked out)
We want to collectivize awareness work. The plan is that people can meet in the morning in so-called check-in groups. In the check-in group, we want to check in with each other and see what the individual people need and how they can be supported in the group. In the event of conflicts, boundary violations or criticism of someone’s behavior, the people in the check-in group should take responsibility for this and offer the necessary support in the event of assaults and boundary violations. The check-in group should also take responsibility if people within the check-in group notice or report behavior that violates boundaries or assaults. To this end, the check-in groups should talk to each other and get in touch with each other.
You don’t have to find a check-in group yourself, you can simply draw a number with a location and meet up with the other people from your group in the morning.

Childcare
Dear parent, dear caregiver,
there will be a Kids Space at the System Change Camp once again this year. We look forward to spending a wonderful time with your children while you take part in the program. To ensure that everything runs smoothly for everyone involved, we would like to briefly introduce ourselves and what we offer.
Our aim is for all children to feel at comfortable with us. We therefore only look after children who are up for it. Please inform us about important requirements and needs of your children – preferably in advance or at least 15 minutes before your event. Of course you can also stay in the Kids Space with your children.
Most of us are not professional pedagogues, but we all have a lot of fun and/or experience with children. Your children are free to do what they want to do and we will only intervene in the event of violence (verbal or physical, against things, against others or against themselves).
We offer daytime childcare during the workshops and events. The Kids Space opens 15 minutes before the start of each event. Please bring your children in time so that we can do a handover and get to know each other a little.
During childcare, we can be reached via our own telephone number. We would also like to have your contact details and know which event you are attending so that we can contact you if necessary.
Fruit and water are available for snacks in between. Please let us know if your children have any allergies or intolerances.
Unfortunately, childcare cannot be offered in all languages. Please let us know which language(s) your children speak. However, many activities do not require a language (juggling, soccer, painting, etc.). There is an illustrated board for important needs and rules.
There will be no special children’s toilet, but there will be a children’s toilet seat. Please let us know if your children are dry and if we can accompany them if necessary. Please hand over non-dry children with a fresh diaper and come by to change them if necessary.c
